Hi Guys,

I put in my Express entry application in October. I also applied for an IEC visa and got thru with that. I'm going up next week to activate my work permit under IEC as I have a job offer.

Part of the IEC requires health insurance which you have to show at the border. Am I safe to take out a year's insurance to get one year's work permit as I think I should most likely get my PR within a year.. It's been 4 and a half months and I haven't heard anything via my EE application as yet. I would save £200 on the extra year's insurance

Can anyone help
