Express Entry after AINP nomination.

Hi all,
I would need your suggestion as I am not very familiar with the Express Entry. I have already applied for the federal PR after i got the AINP nomination approved, my file reached the CIC office on Nov 19, 2014. I am just curious to know in EE can i still apply for the PR just to fasten the process? will that be a good option or else just stick to what i have already applied. Plz guide. Thank you.
