Expiry of Visas

Dear Friend, I have question about visa expiry and medical, kindly reply if any body knows this rule: We (I, my wife, and two kinds) have completed visa medical on 20-Nov-2013 but my third kid has completed visa medical on 3-Dec-2013, after that we received passport request, visas stamped on passports have expiry date as 3-Dec-2014, but I have heard that visas are valid until one year from medical date, I want to land on 24-Nov-2014 which 4 days after the expiry of four persons' medical and wondering if we could have some trouble in landing process on Canadian air port. I will be grateful of some body can reply on it.

If all of your visas expire on 3-Dec, then you all can use it until that date since clearly, the visas will still be valid!

Visa expiry date is stated on COPR and Visa Sticker pasted on passport , and that is the due date

visa is valid from 1 year of medical date it is done, or expiry date of passport of any of a member which ever comes first....

In your case, you must land before 3rd december 2014 ( as mentioned in your immigrant visa) At port of entry, they will look at your immigrant visa expiry date (not the date of your medicals etc )
