Guys,
By this July 2010 my IELTS will expire (period of 2 years) and until then suppose CIC takes no decision on my documents which is pending with them since last one and half year, what will be implications.
The problem is that my score is exactly 67 points out of which i score 6.5 in IELTS (12 points), now suppose they ask me to give another IELTS because my previous one expire and i get only 6 points in latest IELTS test, bringing my score below the 67.
So would they disqualify me, although it was their mistake not to consider my documents on time while i was eligible?
or you think they'll never ask for IELTS again even if it expires?
IELTS should be valid (less than one year old) at the time of sending your PR application. Once submitted, it remains valid during the entire processing of your file.
