Expiring work permit as a secondary PR applicant

Hi, me and my wife applied for our PR. She is the principal applicant and I’m secondary. We both did masters degrees from Ontario, and hold work permits. However, my work permit is expiring soon and we haven’t still heard about our PR decision. What are my options for renewing my work permit or applying for BOWP given that I’m the secondary applicant on profile?
