I know that the IRCC recognizes the validity of Venezuelan passports if it expired less than 5 years ago. Does the BC government also do the same? Is it possible to attach a letter to explain the situation?
Have any Venezuelans applied for a PNP with their expired passport and succeeded?
Extending or renewing it is tough, the consulate in Vancouver has been shut down for over a year.
Everything will be fine if only IRCC resumes CEC draws... Been sitting in the express entry pool with a score of 471 for over 3 months.
