Ive been nominated under the Nova Scotia Nominee Program , and need to turn in Documents for Permanent Residence to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) soon, on check list on IMM 5690E on #9 (travel documents and Passport) it says "If you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a photocopy of your visa for the country in which you currently live"... (1)- My Question is what if your TRV is expired but going to apply for a new one soon, can you still submit your expired visa to CIC for PR application, since im working here in Nova Scotia as a (skilled worker stream) and not planning to go vacation yet or out of canada ????
(2)- Does anyone know what form is used to renew my TRV within canada...
