Expired TEF

hello , please, can any one tell me if the OINP consider the expiration date of TEF as the de date of session whene the test was taken or the date of end of validation, because i submitted mu application on onekey the 3rd of juin and the TEF's end date validation was the 7 th juin , but the OINP judged my application as incomplet consedering that my TEF was expired the 31 th may , the date of session.
