Hi, I'm coming back to Canada in December for h1b visa stamping, but my PR card is expired. Is it legally possible that I am refused entry to Canada?
As a PR you are always entitled to enter Canada so you would not be refused entry .
You cannot of course board a plane with an expired card so would need to come through a land border. Assume that you are still able to show that you meet the residency obligation else there will still be risk that you are reported leading to PR being revoked.
Unfortunately I miss the RO by a little bit. If it is being revoked can I still come in?
