hello. my pr card expired in 2004 and were not able to return back to canada. at present we need to go to canada for a few days. do i denounce my card or get a pr travel document refusal and then apply for trv. which is the quicker route. secondly are we able to maintain a bank account if our pr card expires and we are out of canada.
