expired pcc!

can we submit an expired pcc when submitting application under express entry, my frnd got her pcc from back home 8 months when she was there n now she sd that pcc is only valid for 6 months from our home country thats what it says on pcc can she submit the 2 month old pcc or should she get a new one? she hasnt visited there again since she got the last pcc, she is submitting her application this week.

if the pcc is dated after she left the country then she can use it. expiry date usually does not matter.
