Hey all,
I hope I could get all my doubts cleared up by any of you please.
Now I have applied to get a bank letter that states my liabilities at the bank that I have my funds and it usually takes time to be issued but I got it yesterday and it says it's only valid for 15 days. So my question is if I uploaded it and submitted my application after the 15 days will this be considered as submitting expired documents and won't be accepted.
Note I am applying for this letter because all the banks in the country have it against their policy to issue letters that are customized, and as it mentions that all debts should be stated so I applied for the no liability letter for this reason

The validity of this letter should not be a problem. They want to see that you have the required funds and many people don’t include liability letters anyway. You could also attach statements for last 6 months.

Thanks for your reply, yea i am just including it to comply with the requirements if the IRCC and declare my debts if any, what do you think?

It’s fine as long as the available funds are still above the minimum threshold even after netting off your debts.

Thank you, this really helped, one other question on a generally related matter regarding my job description letter, it will be provided to me on a whitepaper with his signature and contact details. Unfortunately we have no business cars.
So my question is, is a business card necessary and do I need it to be notarized?

Business card is not necessary but reference letter issued on a plain paper will need to be notarized.
