I just got passport request for visitor visa yesterday.
I hold H1B through an Indian company and my visa has expired on passport since last July, but I hold valid i797 which is good through 2016 (same employer). I am planning to visit Canada for 5 days in May. My questions are:
1. Do I need to send a copy of i797 along with my passport for stamping?
2. Do I need to send current i94?
3. What questions should I expect in Canada/ USA?
4. Which supporting documents should I carry?
