We received out copr in October 2020, couldn’t travel due to cover restrictions and that got expired in February 2021. We were asked to do remedicals on November 2021 and according to the panel physician they have resubmitted all the documents to IRCC with in 5days. We submitted the copies to the medical via web form too simultaneously. It’s been nearly 2 months now, my profile stated that ‘we have NOT received your medicals’ which is wrong. We wrote to IRCC, submitted web forms on the issue. But no response, error remains the same.
Is anyone experiencing a similar situation?

You shouldn’t have submitted medicals twice. The panel physicians copy was sufficient. If you want a quick answer, better to call IRCC and confirm if they recieved it. Online updates aren’t live updates, someone has to actually click to change it. So they could have your medicals, but not have changed it online. Nothing to worry about in my opinion, just a matter of time.
