As per IRCC, they had contacted most of COPR holder whose COPR were issued before Mar 2020, and will contact everyone else whose COPR issued after Mar 2020.
So who get the email? what does the email say?
My parents COPR expired Mar 2021, and had not received any email asking if they still want to move to Canada or how to proceed.
