Expired COPR and Visa of Family

Hi, I am a PR holder of Canada. My dependant family's COPR and visa have expired. We will apply for their COPR renewal through the IRCC form. If you have renewed your COPR, how has been your experience? How much time did the renewal take? Did you have to take medical test, photographs, etc again?

Any help and guidance will be very useful!

Yes, I have. I received a response to apply for the renewal when we are ready to travel to Canada. My questions are on people's experience on getting the COPR renewed. I would like to book tickets for my travel to Canada, and so I want to check how much time is it taking to get the COPR renewed.
