Hi guys any one has received to do re medical from IRCC for spousal sponsor ship ?OR any one Did up-front and Received Authorization letter? Pls help me.because I received a response from IRCC like this

The Immigration Medical Exam (IME) results for you or a dependent family member have expired. It is not possible for IRCC to extend the validity of your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CRDP) and Permanent Resident Visa (VRP) when the IME results have expired. A new IME must be done. Once the results of the new IME are received, we will be able to extend the validity of your CRDP and VRP, and issue a letter of authorization.
Rest assured that your application will remain open and be put on hold until after the travel restriction pause is lifted or until you demonstrate that you meet the exemption criteria mentioned above. You will have to submit the new information via our webform.
I am bit confused about whether I can go for up- front medical exam or do I need to wait .
