I would like you to clarify the following for me to detetmine give you a better answer concerning your question :
(1) There is always an expiry date written on the biometric letter, when is the expiry date written on it?
(2) When last did you do your Biometrics?

It expired on the 31sy of July. I have not done any earlier

So you applied for some permit and then when they asked for biometrics you didn't do it until the letter expired?

You can tey and contact your nearest VAC to see what can be done.

Maybe, send a webform message or if you have their email send email then contact VAC as soon as possible.

I filled a webform on Thursday, but they are yet to respond to me.


I also sent a mail with a copy of biometric letter to www.cic.gc.ca.they have not responded either
