Expiration of IELTS After PNP

Hi everyone

Please I need your advice on the matter below

I received a provincial nomination with an IELTS result that expired a few weeks after the nomination came.

Now I wrote another IELTS but my score is lower than the score of the IELTS that got me the provincial nomination, but I still have a high CRS score that got me ITA

I want to confirm if I have to get the same or a higher IELTS score than the one that got me a provincial nomination or if a lower score will be fine so far it is above band 6 in all modules

Please advise
