experts plz suggest regarding finances!!

i have got a offer letter from a university .the tution fee and living expenses for 1st year are costing 16k cad$.
i have a bank loan sanctioned for 20 lakhs inr from indian bank.
i am planning to apply under university category.
do i need to show any other assests or fixed deposits??
will the loan of 20lakhs alone do?

buddy recheck it a uni's fee + one year expenses will not be 16000 $

It may be double of that

by the way .. you have sanctioned 20 lac of loan ,Can you cleariffy to VO if asked the source of funds ? ,If can then it will be good

that bank loan is against my house.
and yeah i am sorry..the tutuion fee and living expenses are 14100cad$+8200cad$
and the total tution fee is 24100cad$ and living expenses for 2years are 16,400cad$.
so is this enough??
