EXPERTS: Does a provincial Express Entry stream give 600 points instead of LMIA?

Hi guys,

I heard that BC-PNP Express Entry (Skilled Workers) can get 600 points for their EE profile even if they don't have LMIA... is that right?

Also, is a similar system available for Ontario PNP? I am a Masters grad from Ontario and totally confused because I don't see any such thing on Ontario PNP website...

2. For that masters PNP you might have to apply for PR with the traditional paper way rather than EE.
