i applied for pr through outland family sponsorship .iam in canada on multientery visitor visa .my vo request passport to send to them ..not to ottawa..and i must leave soon to home country for my exams...i wonder to know how can i get my copr?will it come with my passport ? should i go to border or what? ..i prefer to get copr and pr card as my family can recieve my card ..is this option available?
You need to contact your VO and let them know that you are currently in Canada and need to submit your passport to Ottawa instead. They will send you instructions on how to send to Ottawa. (Read your PPR letter very carefully - usually this information is automatically included somewhere).
You will still need to mail your passport away to Ottawa, but you should have it back relatively quickly. When they mail it back to you it will have your COPR attached.

In that case you're going to receive a COPR. You will need to leave Canada and then re-enter to become a permanent resident. Your PR card will not be created until after you've landed and become a PR.
could i go to any border and be bk ? another question .can my family recieve my card and sent to me ? if i couldnt get my pr card because i must leave before it issued .can i use my trv (multentry valid till 2020) to enter again or it will be invalid?
