I have a contact in Canada applying for LMIA to get me a LMIA based Work Permit for a new store he is opening in a few months. I don't hold any store management experience here in India apart from a brief 3 month internship during my master's. I have completed my MBA in Marketing and Operations and my professional experience of the past 3 years is related to Marketing holding team leading experience etc. Employer has previously hired a foreign worker who had related experience. I have submitted my IELTS but no ECA requirement from employers end.
Will he be get be able to get a positive LMIA for me?
Will I be able to get a work permit if things work out?
Will a negative outcome affect my chances of future studies in Canada (Study Visa)
