I just wanted to reach out if anyone knows if British Columbia mandates all internationally educated nurses to take their Nursing Competency Assessment Service (NCAS) exam even if they already have NCLEX in the USA and already an experienced RN. I called them and asked but they said that they could not provide any answers on the phone until they review my NNAS report. I am choosing between BC and Ontario. I just wanted to know if it is mandated or not. thank you!
