Experience Vs Education..very important !!!

dear friends...

does education degree/diploma have to match with work experience?
for example: educations is: degree in computer science and experience is: marketing manager for 3 years.

in this case, wat is best opinion to put up case (FSW) as a marketing supervisor or manager?

no it doesn't (generally). For example, lot of physicist work in banks.

However, a doctor cannot say s/he doesn't have a medical degree.
