I'm planning to apply for visa under FSW category.
The problem is my work experience current company is from 26th Sep 2012 till present.
While my Last workind day is the previous comapny was on records is 2nd Oct 2012.
I contacted the previous company, they are not ready to correct the last working day.
So, in this case there is a clash of 5-6 days. Please let me know whther this will be caught in docs verification??
Can this resort to cancelling of the visa application? If anybody is aware , please reply.....
Am so confused........ How could you get experience letter from current employer while you are working
in the same organization...,,, is it appointment letter?
Getting an experience letter from current Organization is not an issue. The reason being, it will reflect upon the 'total working time-span' of an employee (till date). So, this letter will indicate the 'current experience' of an employee. Example for, the letter will mention 'XYZ person is an employee of our Organization and working since ABC date-Till today'

That's not at all called experience letter my bro..... That's called a job ref letter.....basically....., appointment letter provides much of info required such as salary, position..... Job hours......
Offer letter, appointment of current employer will do all required job ....
