Dear experts, after i have completed my MPA (finance) in 2002, i started as an Assistant Manager Financial Planning for 3 years. after this i promoted to Manager - Finance.

i have total of 6 years experience in finance with only 3 years on Manager Finance 0111. How many points will i get ?????????

how i will fill the experience page.

should i mention both position (Manager finance 2005 to curently working and Assistant Manager 2002-2005). or only Manager Finance.

i have only 3 years of experience on Managerial Position, how can i claim 21 points, bz one can claim 21 points only if one has 4+ years of experience in the mentioned NOC position.

thanks trailblazer, i have browsed number of times to the website www.cic.gc.ca/. But unfortunatelu i got nothing.

Imagine you have three years xperience on the managerial position (as required by CIC 0111) and having three years as an assistant manager (different NOC code) but the same finance line. How many points do you think u will secure

You guys really don't grasp the skilled worker point system. As long as you have experience in "skilled work" in NOC categories A,B or O in the past 10 years then that experience is counted. To apply in FSW1 you require at least 1 year experience in a NOC that is on the "list" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp
