Experience letter

I am applying for SNIP but my former employer doesn't include job duties in experience letter , i requested them for two times but they denied and told me that their company policy is different. What should i do? Are job duties are necessary to include in experience letter ?

There're no other alternatives here but to apply with whichever evidences of JD you can provide.
Perhaps it's possible to enclose any proofs that your employer refused to give a letter on your JD. Something like an e-mail which you can enclose to your cover letter. And, of course, you should write a really smart cover letter to make your explanation look reasonable.

PS: Hopefully it's not the primary NOC experience we're discussing.
