Hi, If my companies (where i worked) send me scanned copies of the experience letters (signed, on company letterhead) by email, that will suffice right? (I assume yes because it worked for US Green Card purpose), or do I necessarily need to get hard copies? plz advise, thanks.
 
If it is a high quality color scan that meets all requirements set by IRCC, it might work. You don't have to send hard copies to IRCC anyways.
