Experience Letter - Signing Authority

Dear Mentors.

I am trying to get my experience letter from my boss and hr but both of them are out of office at the same time. Can I take the Assistant to Managing Director's signed letter which gives all the information of my work experience.....does that count????

This person is the Assistant to the Managing Director of the company!!

I have used letters signed by my superiors, They need not be your MD, Any responsible senior is enough
