I am working in Canada from April 2011 with the same company.
My reference (experience) letter was dated on January 2013, I send my application to CEC on april 2013 mentioning I have 2 Years exp in Canada.
Will this be an issue? or should I send another exp letter dated with current date?
Any advice please?
thanks
Are you working full or part time? I wouldn't worry about this as long as you had already met the 30hr/week requirement for 12 months by January 2013.
I work full time and I work 40 hrs/week.
I just lil worried about I checked the 2 years exp check box in the application.
Thanks

If you work full time and your experience letter stats this, it should be ok. The requirement is 1 year experience not 2 year mandatory so it should be fine.
Once you meet the minimum requirements, you're fine. There's no bonus for having more than the required experience - so if your letter covers your eligible period, I don't think another one is necessary.
Thanks Much for comforting answers..

from some other cases what i have figured out, when you satisfy minimum requirements of CEC. Never confuse VO by sending any updated refference letter wheather you change your job after applying or job duties. Thats what confuse the VO most which can lead to Rejection.
