I am asking this question on behalf of one of my friends. She worked in a school till last year. We requested the principal for the letter for her job duties but she denied initially and after so much of request - she agreed to give us the job duties to be written on her school's letter head(we gave her job duties - 15 in number on a paper to be printed on the letter).
Now, when we received the letter from her, she only wrote 3 things - 1) The date of joining and the date of leaving the school 2) Her designation - primary teacher and 3) Only 2 job duties.
Now, we have requested her so much that please give us some more job duties in written but she is denying and is adamant like anything. No full time working term is specified. No mode of payment or anything like that is specified.
What can be done in this case?
If in case she deny us of giving another letter then should we get a self declaration made and get it notarised?

1 - Get proof of the denial.
2 - Provide pay stubs to prove she got paid.
3 - Provide a reference letter from a colleague and provide prove such colleague works at that school.
Thanks for the reply. But she is not willing to give any denial fact in writing. She is saying we can give you this much only and this also she is telling us verbally.
2) Also, as my friend was being paid in cash - so no pay stubs we have(like cheque or something) we only have bank statement to prove that she was being paid and that too is a cash entry.
3) We did try to talk to some colleagues who were working with her but they are not willing to sign any where or not even on email or anything because they do not want to mess with school or principal which could impact their job.
As a proof except this letter, we have school group photograph of the class -she was the class teacher of. Except these proofs, we do not have anything.
Those are usually not recommended but in this situation it seems there's no other option. Some applicants have indeed received PR with self-declarations but there's no guarantees that will be the case with your friend.
