Just joined the job 4 months back
Do not want to notify the employer about me applying for OINP at present
Will my offer letter do?
Or is it complusory for me to get the letter from company describing duties, duration , working hours and all like a normal experience letter??

Is this your first job, or do you have previous work experience? As per the requirement, 'If you choose to be assessed against FSWP criteria in your application to the Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream, OINP requires that you have a minimum of one year of continuous and full-time employment (1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in continuous part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in the past five years from the date of the PT Notification of Interest from Ontario.'
1. Contact your ex-colleague/manager who is willing to provide you a letter. Get a copy of their employee id and a visiting card.
2. Get the letter notarized.
3. Prepare an LOE explaining your situation and submit the above with all other employment documents that you have - employment contract/ salary slip/ tax documents/ relieving letter etc.
Use the copy of this offer letter, pay slips, visa and the job responsibilities letter - all separately and attach a LOE.
If you have a work contract, you may use a copy of it.
Alternatively, you can ask your colleague to get a reference letter signed on a plain paper and then notarize it.
IF YOU ARE NOT CLAIMING POINTS FOR YOUR NEW JOB, ADD THAT TO YOUR PERSONAL HISTORY INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN THE WORK EXPERIENCE. THEN YOU NEED NOT SHOW ANY DOCUMENTS.
BUT IF YOU ARE CLAIMING ANY POINTS FOR THE NEW JOB, DOCUMENT SUPPORTING IT SHOULD BE PRODUCED.
