I need to ask under FSW category 1.5 years experience treated as 1 year or 2 years?

I need to ask under FSW category 1.5 years experience treated as 1 year or 2 years?

i believe between 1 year and 1 year 11 months will be 9 points (counted as 1 year) while 11 points will start from 2 years.

Seniors can confirm this though.

i have 7 band in ielts, 1.5 years experience, 23 years old. i can only get 67 if my work experience treat as 2 years :'( what should i do?

Wait for express entry.

You should apply only when your self calculated points are 69/70 or above, so you may have chances in case CIC evaluated differently for mentioned categories.

1-Age (BC)
2-Education (ECA)
3-Language (IELTS/others)
4-Experience (NOC)
5-Adaptability (Spouse Language Test Score/Relative in Canada/etc)

Express entry is going to be announced in January 2015. What if they don't have the electrical engineers category and they ask for new ielts. i have taken my ielts on Sep 20, 214. :'(
