Need to confirm eligibility for being Primary Applicant for Express Entry

NOC: Early Childhood Education / Training

Passing year of Post Graduation: 2010
The stream of Post Graduation: MCom (Masters in Commerce) in 2010
Experience: Primary School Teacher after M.Com (3 Years 1 Month)

B.Ed Status: Pursuing Now, will complete next year

Question: Since her experience and Degree does not match, will she be eligible for applying under concerned NOC i.e. Early Childhood Education / Training, as the person did not complete B.Ed (Bachelors in Education) or any formal degree/diploma concerned to teaching experience?

The work experience has nothing to do with what you studied in school. As long as the NOC is under category 0, A or B. She is fine.
