Expedited 10 days LMIA processing. True of Not?

LMIAs for highest-demand occupations (skilled trades), highest-paid (top 10 percent) occupations or short-duration work periods (120 days or less) will now be provided within a 10-business-day service standard.

Does anyone on this forum has experience with such expedited processing and what was the processing time?
I found only one case on this forum and forum member was still waiting after several months... Anyway I'm looking for positive experience )

I was eligible for expedited processing, but it didn't speed up the process at all even after explicit request by lawyers. So no positive experience from me, sorry.
I'd suggest you including explicit request of expedited processing into documents pack while submitting LMIA application.

To be eligible for 10 days processing u should be in list of high skilled trade list and High paid wages or either of them ?
