Hi,
I had landed in 2014 with family in BC, Canada. At that time I had declared that I will be getting my stuff via cargo to the border agency at Vancouver airport & got their stamp on Personal effects declaration (form 186).
But that cargo never came as we left after getting our PR. Now recently we moved permanently couple of weeks back & at the immigration when I was asked about personal belongings whether following or not. I showed them the old 2014 approved form & they said OK.
And now the cargo is on its way & will be here in about a week, my question is whether I can go to the customs & show them the same approved form (2014) & claim it, or I was wrong & I cannot claim it.
If not then what is the procedure.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
