The exclusion for 12 months stays.
My exclusion order was carried out. I paid for my flight and left Canada June 5 2024.
My CBSA officer said that she will add that I was cooperative in my file.
She also said to withdraw my spousal application and submit it for Outland now (32 months for Quebec), which I have done.
I was able to do an IELTS test June 4th 2024, and with this I have submitted an EE profile, June 17th 2024.( 5-8 months)
After reading through other forums its seems getting another temporary visa after my infraction wouldn’t be the most possible option.
What are your thoughts ?
Express Entry ?
Outland Spousal ?
Wait for my employer to get the LMIA approval ?
You should’ve never left, stay low and fight it lots of ppl do that and win. You being outside now is going to be a very long and tiring process, first you have to get a ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada) from CBSA and that takes up to a year.

Ok thank you.
We are looking into the possibility of her relocating but it’s uncertain at this time.
Quebec is almost twice as long now in comparison to other provinces and seems to be looking to cut spousal approvals in the future .
If my spouse wanted to live in Ontario and still work in Quebec. Would this work for our spousal sponsorship?
What would she need to prove that she’s an Ontario resident besides a mailing address ?
We are trying to avoid the possibility of fraud as relocating will take some time.

A driver's license, health card, hydro bills - the every day expenses involved in living. I don't think that relocating provinces because of their restrictive immigration policies is unreasonable.
Keep an eye on the Canadian political scene for any major changes given the time that this will all take. I only mention this as this provincial imbalance is likely to be addressed somehow, but who knows how?
Ottawa loves the bilingual - perhaps your spouse can land a job at Immigration HQ.

Big difference between working in Hull/Gatineau and living in Ottawa region versus moving to Ontario but still working in Montreal. IRCC is looking for cases where it is pretty clear people are trying to be exempt from spousal sponsorship in Quebec.
Hello again,
Thank you to all who gave me your advice through my exclusion order.
As of June 2024 I left Canada as requested CBSA.
I have resided in my home country mostly. I made an express entry profile and I have a 443 score, I hope for a matching CEC or Trade draw as I would qualify for an ITA.
As of recently I have found a new job opportunity in Alberta, about to approach the interview stage. Yes, I did disclose my exclusion order to said recruiter.
It would be on a francophone work visa and would start in the summer so after June 2025. Which would fall after my 1 year band from Canada.
If I were accepted and offered the job:
Should I still apply for ARC?
Would the new temporary permit even be approved ?
Would I have to expect more screening due to my previous infraction ?
Should I consult a lawyer/consultant to determine the best possible steps forward ?
Should I just wait for my chance with EE?
