Can anyone help me that is going through or went through a 1 year ban exclusion order. November 2012 my husband left Canada on a exclusion order once he got home he did his medical and police clearance in Nov and shortly after in Nov we applied outland for spousal sponsorship. In June 2013 I was asked to pay the RPRF which I did and till now we haven't heard anything. In 3 weeks the exclusion order will end and he will then have completed his one year ban so I am assuming a ARC wont be needed. Does anyone know how much longer or any timeframe that would be great.
