My wife has a U.S. Drivers License from the state of Oregon, issued prior to 2014, and it says so right on her license (along with the expiration date, which hasn't passed yet). As the date of issue is right on the card, does she still need a letter from Oregon validating her license? (To obtain 2+ years of experience.)
When I look at Oregon's DMV, I can't figure out how to order or obtain her license history/driving history, or under which category it falls under - there are about 10 different histories you can order from the DMV there.

Yes, you would still need the Driving History abstract from the DMV if you need to prove the experience as par of the license exchange program. They need the hard copy extract and do not accept soft-copy downloads from the website
