Evidence Proof Relative living in Canada

Greetings,

I am applying for FSP, I have brother living in canada on PR.Please i need answers for the following doubts.

1.What evidence is needed to proof own brother relationship.
2.My Brother have passport only he dont have birthcertificate, will the passport copy with father name and mother name is enough to show relative.
3.Does the eveidence proof documents need to be attested in canada ,if yes where?
4.IELTS SCORE 6 in all reading writing is enough?

1.What evidence is needed to proof own brother relationship. - Nikkah Nama of your parents -(NADRA Issued Computerized) , FRC Issued by NADRA , showing that your brother is genuine son of your parents , for this FRC you need his CNIC

2.My Brother have passport only he dont have birthcertificate, will the passport copy with father name and mother name is enough to show relative. - Yes , its enough - Birth Certificate must be NADRA Issued

3.Does the eveidence proof documents need to be attested in canada ,if yes where? - NOT required

4.IELTS SCORE 6 in all reading writing is enough? - Check your points

I read in some forums that documents need to be attested, please can you confirm me these point.
