Hi,
I ever applied for PR in 2007 - 2008, but got declined due to the change of the rule. Now, I got accepted to a college and about to submit the visa application. What are the chances of me getting the study permit? Will my past PR application affect my study permit?

Please advise
 
Hi

If you fullfill the requirements of the student visa then there wont be any problem and make sure you disclose about the previous application.
