evaluation report issue

Hello,
I sent my master degree to WES for evaluation , then the system said "application in processing." . After that, I sent my Bsc degree for evaluation under the same account. The system now says "file under review". Today, I received two copies of the evaluation report for the master. What does the file under review mean?. Do I have to pay extra 299 for the Bsc degree evaluation?. Should also the wes send a copy to CIC or it has to be sent by me?.By the way, I can not see the report online.

WES would not send copy to CIC. You would have to attach the original WES evaluation report along with other stuff while sending your application.
