my 10th cgpa is 7.8/10.0.
my 11th percentage is 62.2%
12th to be expected around 85%
taking IELTS on 13th feb
..
i am thinking of applying to u of victoria,u of saskatchewan and memorial univ of nl.how is my profile,what are chances of acceptance in these universities and required documents at time of application.

Your profile look great if you have right expectations about your marks in 12th but by seeing your marks in 11th, I have doubts. Anyhow, all the very best for your 12th result.
Try to score good in your IELTS.
If you have limited funds the go for uni of Victoria, Regina and Saskatchewan but if you have no issue about funds then target some even more good unis like Waterloo, York, UBC, etc..

Yes, you can get CONDITIONAL Letter of Acceptance on behalf of it but you must need to show/submit your final results to register for your courses and to get Full-UNCONDITIONAL Acceptance later.
