Canada allows nationals of certain countries to enter Canada with an ETA if they have a valid US visa. I have obtained an ETA in that way and came to Canada a couple of years ago. I am planning to come back at the end of this year but my US visa expired. My passport is still valid and my ETA is also not expired. Will I be able to enter Canada with the valid ETA but expired US visa?
Bumped because I’m curious myself what the answer is. I couldn’t find clear info on the IRCC website, but I infer that the eTA would still be valid in spite of the expired US visa. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
