ETA (given name)

I applied and got an approved eTA on behalf of my mom, but I wrongly clicked the box "By checking this box, I affirm that there is no first name indicated in my passport." but the true is my mom have a given name in her passport.

What happens if I put wrong information (without a given name) on my mom eTA application? Do she need to cancel and re-apply eTA again?
