eTA Delay

I applied for eTA about a week ago and was asked to submit a copy of my passport within 72 hours of making the application but since then no update. I was denied Canadian TRV in 2008 on my Pakistani passport but then I got my European passport a few years later and visited Canada 4 times before the introduction of eTA in 2016. Any ideas, how long should the processing time be? Is there a way to speed up the application? I already sent a web form request. Is there a phone number to contact IRCC and get more information?
