eTA and study permit issue

I guys, so my question is related to immigration for studying and it's quite specific. I couldn't find any answer on the internet.

I'm going to study in Quebec this month. When I obtained my study permit several months ago I also received an eTA. However since I'm quite dumb I forgot about the existence of this eTA and I asked for another one which automatically invalidate the previous one. Is that a problem for my study permit, like does it works if I've another eTA that the one received for my permit ?

I think it's fine but I want to be sure.

Btw, my new eTA is still linked on the same passport than the previous one (thus the same passport used for getting the study permit).
