Can I ask you a question please ? As you live in NZ , why your visa office is ottawa ? I am an Iraqi national who live in NZ and confused which visa office would process my application.

In your case, most likely scenario would be:
PPR issued by Ottawa-passport stamping/COPR via Sydney VO.

As per stated in PPR letter, standard timeline is 30 days.

I just got my COPR from Sydney Australia office. They take around 12-15 working days to issue COPR.

Does anyone know what is "Service Charge for Application Handling — Price per Applicant"? Do I have to pay this service in my case? (As I understand there are two services: secure transmission of passport AND Courier Delivery of Applications to Applicant)
