Essential (non-discretionary) travel for a temporary worker

Hi everyone,
I apply PGWP outside Canada, now I have a letter of introduction for a work permit (approved letter) and I found a full time job for 1 year which can be signed contract immediately, but my job without LMIA.
May I enter Canada for essential travel for a temporary worker?

Yes, you can travel to Canada. I assume you have a valid TRV as well or eTA.

can you re-enter in Canada if you have a valid work permit and trv? and live in Canada in general? do I need any proof?

Hi there, I've applied for SOWP and expecting it in few weeks. Could someone help me here to know what else is needed before I travel to Canada. I am in UK and have Indian Passport.

I checked on IRCC website, after answering few questions there I got to know that I am not eligible for eTA. Is there other letter I would need to gather besides approved visa? Any help will be much appreciated.
